1. Terms of Service
Please read the Terms of Service set forth below (the "Terms of Service") carefully as they apply to and govern:

3.3 We guarantee that our services will be secure. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and Platform to access the Platform and for providing your own virus protection software. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any bugs or viruses that are transmitted from our Platform to your computer system.
3.4 In addition to clause 3.1 above, you may not do any of the following when accessing or using the Services:
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Platform, our computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of our providers
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network, or breach or bypass any security or authentication measures
• The Services may not be accessed or searched or attempted to be accessed or searched by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through the currently available, published interfaces provided by us. In particular, any scraping or attempt to scrape the Platform without our prior consent is expressly prohibited
• Forge any TCP/IP header or any part of the header information in any email or post, or in any way use the Service to send modified, deceptive, or false source-identifying information
• Interfere with or disrupt, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt, access to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, overloading, flooding, spamming, mailings Bomb the Service, or write content in such a manner as to interfere with or place an undue burden on the Service

4.1 You acknowledge that we only provide services as a forum for employees (you) and Merchants and that we do not endorse the views, values or opinions of any content posted by Merchants on the Platform. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to content that may be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate, or, in some cases, postings that are misbranded or otherwise deceptive. Such content may contain factual or technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We expressly exclude all liability arising from such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of or reliance on any Content or materials posted on or obtained through the Service is entirely at your own risk.
4.2 The form and nature of the Services may change from time to time without prior notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that we may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or general users without prior notice to you.
4.3 We make no representations, warranties or guarantees, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, title, non-infringement or suitability of our services and content on the Platform
5. Access to use of services
Security - Account Logins and Passwords
5.1 In order to use certain services, you will need to create a login name and password for your account with us. It is recommended that you use a strong alphanumeric password for your account (passwords that include lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, etc.). It is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date account information
5.2 You must not abuse the Services by creating multiple user accounts
5.3 You shall be solely responsible for protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of your login account name and password and shall not share or transfer them with any third party. 5.6 We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above safety requirements
5.7 We reserve the right, at any time, in our absolute discretion and without providing reasons, to deactivate or disable your account if we believe that you have failed to comply with any of the above security requirements and/or the provisions of these Terms of Service
5.8 If we suspect or discover that an account has been used mistakenly or fraudulently, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, without liability and to our other rights and remedies under these Terms of Service or at law.
• Immediately ban the account holder or others from accessing and using the Services or participating in any of our promotions and suspend or terminate the account
5.9 You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to access our Services
5.10 We cannot guarantee that our Services or any Content will always be available or uninterrupted and we may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or part of the Services at our sole discretion without prior notice. We will not be liable to you if our services are unavailable at any time or for any particular period
6. Your permission to use the Services
6.1 We grant you a revocable, personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license solely to enable you to take advantage of the Services and use and enjoy the benefits of the Platform we provide, subject to these Terms of Service

• Letter of indemnification granted to us (if we remove any allegedly infringing content from the Platform)
• We will respond appropriately to notices of alleged copyright infringement we receive in accordance with the directions above and in compliance with applicable law. Please submit all notifications of alleged copyright infringement to us
8.3 We reserve the right to delete any content alleged to be infringing at our sole discretion without prior notice and without any liability. We reserve the right to take legal action against any party who infringes the intellectual property rights of others through the use of the Services or our Platform
9. Limited Liability and warranties

• The Platform is free from defects, errors or viruses that may alter, delete, add to or damage your software, data or equipment
• Messages sent via the Platform will be free from interception, corruption, error, delay or loss
• Access to the Platform or Services will be available or uninterrupted
• Any specific results will be achieved by using the product or service
• Defects on the platform or services will be corrected promptly
9.4 Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, any direct, indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or business in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, Services or Products, even if our entities Neither has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage and will not be liable to you or any other person

12. Compensation and Limitation of Liability
12.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, claims, actions, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of reputation, and reasonable legal and other professional fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform and services or your breach of these Terms of Service.
In the event that an item or service cannot be fulfilled on the designated day, you must notify us in advance and obtain our written approval to complete it within a specified timeframe. Failure to meet the specified deadline will result in a reduction of your credibility score, calculated at a storage rate based on the proportion of delay. Each downgrade in level corresponds to a 25% deduction.
We reserve the right to participate in and settle any claim or legal action at our discretion. No settlement that adversely affects our rights or obligations shall be made without our prior written consent. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
13. Severability
13.1 If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under any applicable jurisdiction, that shall not affect the legality, validity, or enforceability of the remaining provisions under other jurisdictions.
14. Multiple Users
14.1 Under these Terms of Service, the rights and obligations of all users of the platform and services are separate and individual.
15. Waiver and Delay
15.1 Any failure or delay by either party in exercising any right or remedy provided under these Terms or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
If the completion time exceeds the specified 30 minutes on two or more occasions, a temporary storage equivalent to the value of the delayed item may be applied, or a reissue of the limited-time item may occur. The specific amount will depend on each individual account's situation. Note that this will only occur once per account per round.
Any partial exercise of such right or remedy shall not prevent or restrict further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
16. Termination
16.1 You may terminate your agreement with us at any time and for any reason by deactivating/deleting your account and/or ceasing to use the platform and services. No notice is required.
16.2 We may suspend or terminate your account, or cease providing all or part of the services to you at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, if we reasonably believe that:
You have violated these Terms of Service;
Your actions create or may create risk (legal or otherwise) for us;
Providing services to you is no longer commercially viable.
In such cases, we will endeavor to notify you through the email address associated with your account or when you next attempt to access your account.
16.3 Upon termination, any provisions of these Terms of Service that are intended to survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Both parties (you and us) agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
18. Entire Agreement
18.1 These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior understandings, communications, and agreements regarding such subject matter.
19. Changes to Services and Pricing
19.1 The prices of our items may change at any time without notice.
19.2 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the services (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.
19.3 We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.
20. General Terms
20.1 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
20.2 If items under an account are rejected or cannot be completed, the user will be subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
20.3 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the services, use of the services, or access to the services or any contact on the website through which the services are provided, without our express written permission.
20.4 The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
